This topic is revolved around the foundations of the criminal justice system and the influence plea bargaining has had on it. There are many useful arguments that can be made regarding this topic, as you will see in my case, which has six possible contentions/arguments. This was a very interesting topic because, although I hate to admit it, sources and evidence was highly questioned and therefor relied upon.
This was one of my favorite topics because a lot of the arguments that teams made were similar to eachother, using similar case studies and evidence to support arguments. This made it easier, while at the same time, informative, in a debate round.
